About the Infra Specialist (IT Software Startup) Role:
In this role, you are responsible for providing in-house technical support for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing software/user endpoints and patching outdated software
• Providing access permissions - onboarding and offboarding laptops
• Diagnosing computer hardware or software issues remotely or on-site
• Using various tools to oversee system performance and acting in response to problems or notifications
• Creating and maintaining clear and organised technical documents
• Staying updated on Azure AD, MS Exchange, Office365, and Windows Defender, and leveraging their capabilities to ensure endpoint security is maintained

To succeed in this Infra Specialist role, you must have hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware and software.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows 365 (using P1 and E5 License)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components and concepts (networking, storage, servers, etc.)
• Familiarity with security concepts and practices.
