Network Manager

An exciting Network Manager job opportunity has just become available at one of the leading professional services organisations based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Network Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for managing a team and to work across the various regional IT teams on network infrastructure projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with network architects to design and implement functional company networks
• Work with the infrastructure and application teams to maintain the uptime and accessibility
• Ensure solutions which comply to the security standards of the company
• Support and improve tools for continuous improvement to the network environment
• Identify and analyse issues that impact performance of the network, and to work in close coordination with the application teams and other supporting teams and recommend resolutions

To succeed in this role, you are required to be strong in network infrastructure and experienced in leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous work experience as a Network Manager for at least five years
• Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Aruba, and IOS
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
• Familiarity with communication and routing protocols
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
