About the Service Desk Analyst (Korean Speaker) Role:
In this critical role, you will be responsible for L1 troubleshooting for end users across APAC users within the company, focusing mainly on Korean speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve and escalate tickets reported to the Service Desk
• Achieve a high level resolution rate for first Level and escalate to second level/dispatch to local on-site support if physical intervention is required
• Comply with procedures, segregation of duties and service levels, and contribute to knowledge management

To succeed in this Service Desk Analyst (Korean Speaker) role, you must portray good understanding with the Windows environment and showcase good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' experience working with the IT Service Desk environment
• Familiarity with Window 10 environment, Active Directory, Microsoft Office support tools, and SCCM
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
