IT Business Relationship Manager (FS)

About the IT Business Relationship Manager (FS) Role:
In this business critical role, you will oversee service level and support, understand business system requirements and develop implementation approach to deliver internal infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with business unit management teams, officers, and representatives to assist them in IT resources
• Manage the specification, construction, and integration of deliverables from internal technical teams and external vendors to local business units
• Manage the implementation of the infrastructure scope to ensure that internal Infrastructure meets delivery obligations
• Track the project to the agreed schedule and reports on progress and status, and act as the focal point and liaison between the business technology stakeholders and technical tower leads
• Conduct presentations that demonstrate the corporate service delivery management capabilities and implementation of best practice
• Implement short- and long-term information technology (IT) solutions that meet the needs of the organisation

To succeed in this IT Business Relationship Manager (FS) role, you must be equipped with great business relationship management skill sets in addition to your IT technicalities including infrastructure, project management, vendor management, compliance, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Engineering or related area
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• More than eight years of solid IT working experience
• More than two years' experience in managing a size of 5 - 10 IT managers or technical resources
• Financial services background will be an added advantage
• Experienced in IT project management
• Experienced in management of vendor relationships with a focus on deliverable management
• Understands the scope of the business components of projects and liaises with business staff responsible for those components
