About the Recruitment Consultant (Technology) Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret client’s hiring requirements through understanding the nature of their business, organisational culture and technology requirements
• Conduct interview with prospective candidates to assess their working experience and career goals to ensure a proper job match
• Manage-end-to end recruitment process and negotiating with clients on remuneration packages
• Identify new business opportunities and increasing market share through organising client meetings, networking events and recruitment campaigns
• Take on a subject matter expert role and provide recruitment consultation to a large network of clients and candidates

To succeed this Recruitment Consultant (Technology) role in a people business, you must have good instinct and/or ability to read people well.

Key Requirements:

• Approximately two years' professional working experience in any sales, corporate and/or technology job function
• Prior experience in an external recruitment (both tech or non-tech) is an added advantage
• Ambitious graduates with a strong sales-mindset and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
