AM, HRIS (Workday)
As the Assistant Manager for HRIS (Workday), you will be responsible for system configuration & administration of the Global Shared Services HRIS Platform. You will support the HRIS Technical Lead and Manager, managing configuration and business mapping between the Global HRIS Platform and related systems. Your role ensures solutions align with global standards and architecture, while providing efficient user support and training.
Key Skills: Workday system configuration, Incident and change management, End-user support, Training delivery, Workday integration (optional)
What you'll do:
- Provide Level 2 support to resolve system-related issues, ensuring adherence to SLA targets.
- Manage and deliver Incident and Change Requests within target resolution times.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and monitor system notifications.
- Support end-users to improve HRIS platform proficiency and assist in executing proof of concepts for new Change Requests.
- Deliver system and process training across several APAC business partners as needed.
- Escalate and collaborate with vendors for HRIS issues and system customization requests.
What you bring:
- Degree in IT or any equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in regional or global large scale solution/system support for Workday.
- Prior exposure to Workday as a support function or end-user is an added advantage.
- Strong self-discipline, accountability, and communication skills.
