Solution Architect (Integration)

A leading Chemical Manufacturing organization is seeking a Solution Architect to drive technology modernization initiatives across the APAC region. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Architect, this role focuses on designing innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large-scale ERP programs, with expertise in integration, data migration, and AI enablement.

Key Skills: Solutions and integration (JD Edwards Enterprise One, SAP, Sage, AWS iPaaS), systems integration and APIs, data migration, business and application architecture, stakeholder management, process standardization

What you'll do:

• Consult with business leaders to design technology solutions aligned with strategic goals, focusing on user experience, integration, data structure, security, and compliance.
• Perform project assurance to validate architecture implementation and resolve complex business application inquiries.
• Support the standardization and transformation of business processes while minimizing deviations and customizations.
• Enable the adoption of new technologies to foster innovation and organizational change.
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers to optimize system selection and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and enhancing customer experiences while contributing reusable architecture assets.

What you bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Technical, Business, or Information disciplines.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar Solution Architect role.
• Knowledge in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical background in systems integration, APIs, data migration, and ERP solutions (e.g., JD Edwards Enterprise One, SAP, Sage).
• Exceptional ability to design and communicate complex architectural solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with regional/global teams.
