What you'll do:

As an MSBC Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving the evolution of the organisation’s ERP landscape across diverse APAC markets. Your day-to-day activities will involve the following:

• Develop, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to address specific business requirements across multiple APAC countries.
• Design, develop, and maintain extensions using AL language, C/AL, and Business Central APIs to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Integrate Business Central with third-party applications such as SAP BTP, Microsoft Power Platform, and local country systems for enhanced interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MSBC performance, customisations, and integrations by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, Jet Reports, or SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) to provide actionable insights for business users.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that support organisational goals.
• Provide comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower internal teams with essential system understanding.

What you bring:

To excel as an MSBC Engineer in this organisation,You will posses the following:

• Demonstrated experience of at least three years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development within complex organisational environments.
• Proficiency in AL language, C/AL programming, and Visual Studio Code specifically for Business Central solution development.
• Hands-on experience utilising Business Central APIs, OData services, and Web Services for seamless integrations with external platforms.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server management alongside familiarity with Azure Functions for cloud-based process automation.
• Practical exposure to Power Automate and Power Apps is highly advantageous for streamlining workflows within the ERP ecosystem.
• Experience working on SAP BTP integration projects is considered highly desirable due to the multi-system nature of the organisation’s operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies including customisation best practices for scalable deployments.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with analytical thinking skills that enable you to address complex technical challenges effectively.
