What you'll do:

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving the definition, optimisation, improvement, and approved changes to new and existing business processes. You will act as the lead business analyst on projects, managing process conformance and compliance as appropriate. Your extensive knowledge of SAP FICO configuration capabilities will be crucial in understanding the underlying business processes across the financial domain. You will also be responsible for transforming functional specifications into technical specifications.

• Lead IT project design and documentation, including requirements, use cases and wireframes.
• Bridge business requirements with IT solutions, ensuring best practices.
• Provide technical support and feedback on enhancement requests and updates.
• Facilitate system and data design sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships and communicate project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain project documentation and updates.
• Identify and manage project delivery risks.
• Understand and apply user-centered design processes.
• Evaluate software solutions to meet business needs.

What you bring:

The ideal SAP FICO Consultant will bring a wealth of experience in both IT solutions and finance. With a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in SAP including deep business process knowledge across the Finance space, you are adept at bridging business requirements with IT solutions. Your expert knowledge in ERP modules, particularly SAP FICO is essential for this role. You are familiar with best business practices in your designated area and have prior experience working for a large multinational company.

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Expert knowledge in ERP modules, especially SAP FICO.
• Deep SAP experience including business process knowledge across the Finance space.
• Previous experience working with a global template for large multinational organisation.
• Strong functional knowledge of FICO functionality including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, COPA.
• Knowledge of ASAP and waterfall methodologies as well as Hybrid - Agile methodologies.
