What you'll do:

As an SAP FICO Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving enhancements and exploring digital product development. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from end users and the finance community to understand evolving business needs. Your role will involve developing functional design documents, conducting product testing, and ensuring robust solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement new ways of working. Additionally, you will support business users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Simulation Testing (BST), as well as assist in training material validation. Your involvement in project preparation, cut-over activities, and post-go-live support for new acquisitions adopting SAP ECC CPO / ML / Treasury & Banking will be crucial.

  • Enhance & Optimize SAP ECC – Work on system improvements, automation, and digital product initiatives.
  • Requirements Gathering – Engage with end users and finance community to understand evolving business needs for product costing.
  • Solution Design & Testing – Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and conduct product testing.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Work with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement new ways of working.
  • User Support & Training – Support business users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Simulation Testing (BST).
  • Project Involvement – Contribute to site preparation, cut-over activities, and post-go-live support for new acquisitions adopting SAP ECC.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the SAP FICO Analyst role, you bring a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field. You have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in SAP ECC technical roles, including configuration, development, testing, or support. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. You have a deep understanding of SAP ECC business processes and best practices, including SAP ECC Material Ledger and Product Costing. Your interpersonal and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and vendors in a project environment. You are well-organized with proven project management skills and can handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
