SAP SD / MM (FMCG Manufacturing)

What you'll do:

As an SME specialising in SAP SD/MM, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various enterprise applications including SAP ECC & BW and Kinaxis RapidResponse. Your ability to monitor SLAs and KPIs will be crucial in maintaining high-quality service delivery. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to manage incidents and minimise downtime. Your collaborative nature will shine through as you engage with business units to align IT services with their needs. Additionally, your project management skills will be put to good use as you support the deployment of new application modules and features. As the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding enterprise application services, your excellent communication skills will be essential.

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of IT services for enterprise applications like SAP ECC & BW, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and other business-critical platforms.
• Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and align IT services accordingly.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP), Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP BW, DMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
• Support the deployment of new enterprise application modules, features, and integrations.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding enterprise application services.
• Follow established change management protocols for introducing new features or updates to enterprise applications.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in IT service delivery, particularly with SAP, Kinaxis or other enterprise applications. You'll have a strong functional understanding of various SAP modules and their integration points. Your basic knowledge in SAP ABAP and user access management will be beneficial in this role. Familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse and an understanding of enterprise application architecture will be key to your success. Experience with ITIL processes is also highly desirable. Above all, your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will enable you to thrive in this role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• More than 5 years experience in IT service delivery with a focus on SAP, Kinaxis or other enterprise applications.
• Certi fi cations in SAP, Kinaxis, or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and their integration points.
• Basic knowledge in SAP ABAP and user access management.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including con fi guration and operational support.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration with other systems.
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Knowledge of database systems, cloud platforms, and APIs for enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
