Senior Manager, SAP

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our SAP team, overseeing the entire SAP landscape and aligning it with business objectives. With over 15 years of experience in SAP implementation and team management, you will drive strategic SAP direction, manage integrations, and promote innovation within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP projects and the ability to manage both functional and technical teams.

What you'll do:

• Define and execute the SAP roadmap in line with organizational goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP systems and processes.
• Manage and mentor SAP functional specialists, ABAP developers, and support staff.
• Oversee SAP implementation projects, including S4/HANA migrations.
• Act as the primary SAP contact for senior leadership and business units.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management for SAP operations.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of SAP implementation, support, and team management experience. Preferably from Manufacturing or Retail.
• Expertise in SAP modules and technical areas like ABAP, S4/HANA, and Fiori. Experience on integrations is a bonus.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
