Manager, SAP ABAP

As the Manager and SAP ABAP Architect, you will lead technical teams and own solutions for all SAP development items, including custom solutions and reports. You will evaluate business requirements to create tailored solutions, collaborate with technical teams for design optimization, and ensure the team stays current with SAP technologies. You will drive the transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical domain experts to achieve objectives.
• Evaluate business requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Drive ABAP transformation from ECC to S/4HANA and define development strategies.
• Collaborate in pre-implementation processes to capture requirements and propose solutions.
• Promote out-of-the-box solutions to maximize software value.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions from third-party suppliers.
• Establish coding standards and streamline delivery processes.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience with 4 years on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with SAP development tools like ABAP, BW, Cloud Integration, SAPUI5, Fiori, and HANA.
• Completed at least 5 full SAP implementation projects, including SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions.
• Proven leadership in managing development teams, budgets, and project delivery.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
