What you'll do:

As a Senior Oracle Financial Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's financial operations. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of Sabrix/OneSource Tax with Oracle eBTax, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate tax determination. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and customizing Oracle eBTax to meet global tax compliance requirements. Collaborating with various teams, you will gather and analyze requirements for tax determination and reporting. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tax determination, integration, and reporting.

• Generate quarterly work plans in collaboration with management
• Guide technical team in the development of reports, conversions, interfaces and extensions for Oracle Applications
• Configure and customize Oracle eBTax to meet global tax compliance requirements
• Collaborate with business users, tax, finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for tax determination and reporting
• Integrate Sabrix/OneSource Tax with Oracle Financials
• Perform system configurations, setups, and testing to ensure the accurate functioning of tax rules and rates
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tax determination, integration, and reporting in a timely manner
• Ensure that tax rules and configurations comply with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations

The ideal candidate for the Senior Oracle Financial Analyst position brings a wealth of experience in implementing Sabrix/OneSource Tax with Oracle eBTax. You have a deep understanding of global indirect tax regimes such as VAT, GST, and sales tax. Your proficiency in Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud tax modules sets you apart from others. You have a strong understanding of tax engine integration with Oracle ERP and associated modules. Your experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tax engines post-implementation is highly valued. Your problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, strong communication skills, and project management experience make you the perfect fit for this role.

• 5+ years of experience in implementing Sabrix/OneSource Tax with Oracle eBTax
• Experience with global indirect tax regimes (VAT, GST, sales tax)
• Proficiency in Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud tax modules
• Strong understanding of tax engine integration with Oracle ERP and associated modules (AP, AR, OM, PO, GL)
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tax engines post-implementation
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies
