SAP FICO (Shared Services)

What you'll do:

As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our client's SAP ECC Indirect Tax solution. You will drive enhancements and explore digital product development to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Your work will contribute significantly to the global rollout of the SAP ECC Finance (FICO) template for new acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with both ICT and business teams, developing and integrating innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

• Enhance & Optimize SAP ECC FICO – Work on system improvements, automation, and digital product initiatives.
• Requirements Gathering – Engage with end users and the finance community to understand evolving business needs.
• Solution Design & Testing – Develop functional design documents, test scripts, and conduct product testing.
• Collaboration & Communication – Work with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement new ways of working.
• User Support & Training – Support business users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Simulation Testing (BST).
• Project Involvement – Contribute to site preparation, cut-over activities, and post-go-live support for new acquisitions adopting SAP ECC Finance (FICO).

You possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. Your deep understanding of SAP ECC Indirect Tax processes and best practices sets you apart from others. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and vendors in a project environment. Your proven project management skills allow you to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ECC FICO technical roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC Indirect Tax processes and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC tools and technologies.
