SAP SD Consultant (Shared Services)

What you'll do:

As a SAP SD Consultant, your role will be pivotal in driving forward the digital transformation of our client's business. You will be responsible for supporting requirement gathering, designing solutions, executing functional tests, and maintaining user documentation. Your expertise in SAP applications, particularly in areas of Billing Pricing and Tax, will be crucial in supporting the migration from R3 to S4 HANA. You will also play a key role in implementing new E-invoice solutions and maintaining user tickets escalated to Level 2. Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including the Connectivity team for interface with Tax Authorities / 3rd Party Entities, will be highly valued.

• Support requirement gathering and creation of user stories
• Design solutions and do configurations/customisation, especially in area of Billing Pricing and Tax
• Prepare and execute functional tests and maintain user documentation
• Support Migration of R3 to S4 HANA, adapt to new functionalities and follow guidelines
• Implement New E-invoice Solution and maintain and support user Tickets escalated to Level 2
• Work with Fiori apps and S4 Functionalities
• Work with Connectivity team for interface with Tax Authorities / 3rd Party Entities.
• Active participation in team agile events; proactive, self-organised pulling of tasks from an agile backlog

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior SAP SD Consultant role brings a wealth of experience in SAP applications along with a strong understanding of S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori. Your background in Computer Science or a related field coupled with your functional knowledge of processes in SAP SD / Order-To-Cash will be key to your success in this role. Experience in E-invoice implementation is also highly desirable. Your agile mindset and ability to work self-organised in an international environment will be crucial, as will your proficiency in English and experience with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

• Degree in Computer Science, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field
• Minimum 4-5 years related working experience with SAP applications.
• Experience with S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Good functional knowledge of processes in SAP SD / Order-To-Cash.
• Experience in E-invoice implementation of at least 1-2 companies
• Agile mindset, self-organised way of working.
• Working in an international environment with good English language skills.
• Experience with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
