Senior SAP Analyst (SAP MM/SD, Retail)

The Senior SAP Analyst is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions to enhance business processes in sales, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Reporting to the Regional Head of SAP Application, this role involves ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions, providing ongoing support, and integrating SAP modules with third-party applications.

What you'll do:

• Configure SAP MM/SD modules to align with business requirements and enhance system capabilities.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Integrate SAP MM/SD modules with other SAP modules and third-party applications, conducting thorough testing to ensure quality.
• Document SAP configurations and processes and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption.

What you bring:

• Degree in IT or any equivalent.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM and SD modules and the associated business processes in procurement, inventory management, sales, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP MM/SD modules, preferably in the retail industry.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA.
