What you'll do:

As a SAP, Business Process Integration (BPI) Specialist, your primary responsibility will be delivering end-to-end support to BPI stakeholders, ensuring the continuous functioning of implemented solutions. You will collaborate closely with Technical / Business Solution Consultants to ensure knowledge transfer for newly deployed solutions. Your role will also involve providing 2nd and 3rd level operational support, resolving technical issues, performing quality assurance checks, and interacting with business stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute strategically to IT architecture and cross-process digitalisation efforts.

  • Deliver end-to-end support to BPI stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Technical / Business Solution Consultants for knowledge transfer
  • Ensure vendors deliver agreed-upon support services in quality and time
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support, resolving technical issues

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the SAP, Business Process Integration (BPI) Specialist role will bring a wealth of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business IT, Business Economics or other IT relevant fields. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in Systems Connectivity (B2B), middleware configuration (eg: SAP PO, CPI), or ERP systems (eg: SAP R3 or S4 Hana). Your ability to work and navigate in middleware platforms (eg: SAP PO, CPI) will be crucial for this role. Additionally, a deep technical understanding of standard connectivity message structures and programming protocols (supporting e.g. iDocs, XML, EDIFACT, VDA, JSON, etc.) will be highly beneficial.
