What you'll do:

As an Oracle ERP Support Analyst, your role will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end Oracle Finance Module applications lifecycle. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system configuration, performance, and functionality. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining critical configurations such as Chart of Accounts, Cross Value Rules, and Revaluation Rules. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will ensure timely resolution of escalated issues. Furthermore, your expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications will enable you to provide valuable guidance and training to relevant personnel.

  • Manage support tickets through their entire lifecycle, from initial contact to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration, performance, and functionality.
  • Maintain critical configurations such as Chart of Accounts, Cross Value Rules, and Revaluation Rules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide guidance and training to relevant personnel on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Oracle ERP Support Analyst position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. With a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of demonstrated experience under your belt, you possess extensive knowledge of Oracle Finance Modules. Your proficiency in Oracle technologies such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle BPM for Cloud ERP sets you apart from others. Your experience with integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications using FBDI templates is highly valued. Above all else, your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Finance Modules.
  • Proficient in Oracle technologies such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle BPM for Cloud ERP.
  • Experience with integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications using FBDI templates.
