What you'll do:
As a SAP SD Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our client's operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve customising and configuring systems according to specific technical concepts while ensuring adherence to time, budget and quality constraints. You will also be expected to perform various tasks including unit tests, technical deployment, data migration and providing support. A key part of your role will be collaborating with solution architects to identify opportunities for technical improvements. Your specialisation in order management and pricing will be crucial in this role.
- Customise, configure and parametrize systems according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality.
- Perform unit tests, technical deployment (transports), data migration, hand-over to service desk, solution related system monitoring and 2nd level support.
- Collaborate with solution architect for opportunities for technical improvements and incident reporting and analysis.
- Specialise in the area of order management and pricing.
- Ensure safe handling of Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate expertise in the sales aspects of configurable materials.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the SAP SD Senior Specialist position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a university degree in IT or Engineering under your belt, you have spent over five years honing your skills in SAP ERP SD customising and development. Your experience with full cycle projects has equipped you with skills in effort estimation, fit/gap analysis, implementation, testing and hypercare. Your proven knowhow in the configuration of SAP modules SD / LE is complemented by your solid experience in sales processes.
- University degree in IT or Engineering.
- 5+ years experience (SAP ERP SD) in customising, development.
- Experience with 3 Full Cycle projects (effort estimation, fit/gap, implementation, test, hypercare).
- Good experience/knowledge in Pricing/Integration.
- Proven knowhow in configuration of the SAP modules SD / LE.
- Solid Experience in sales processes: Master Data in Sales, Sales processing, Shipping, Transportation Management, Freight Management, Billing, Pricing and Bonus and Credit Management.
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP infrastructure and SAP development workbench.
- Reading and debugging of ABAP and ABAP/OO programs.
- Good understanding of integrative SAP processes and interfaces to the Neighbour modules PP, MM, FI, CO.
