Our client is seeking a SAP SD Senior Consultant to join their dynamic IT Hub in Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects, implementing solutions for their Customer Services team. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the development and improvement of the SAP Core System, providing support to end-users and participating in worldwide roll-out and implementation projects.
What you'll do:
As a SAP SD Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in working on international projects, implementing solutions for our client's Customer Services team. You will customise processes and interfaces, conducting and scripting related test scenarios. Your excellent writing skills will be utilised in creating functional specifications of business requirements. You will also design and conduct training programs, supporting demands and tickets from productive countries to further develop/improve the SAP Core System. A key part of your role will be maintaining documentation of the SAP Core System.
- Work on international projects with the objective to implement / roll out solutions.
- Customise processes and interfaces; conduct and script related test scenarios.
- Write functional specifications of business requirements.
- Design and conduct training programs.
- Support demands and tickets from productive countries to further develop/improve the SAP Core System.
- Keep documentation (Business Processes description, end-user manuals, training documents, testing cases, etc.) of the SAP Core System.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this SAP SD Senior Consultant role will bring a wealth of experience in both business and technical fields. With a minimum of three years' professional experience within the SD area of the SAP S4 HANA, you are comfortable working on an international scale. Your process knowledge spans all relevant SD areas such as sales and logistical processes, coupled with an ability to understand operational workflows in plants. Your excellent English language skills, high analytical, communicative and organisational skills will be key to your success in this role.
- University degree in a business or technical field (or comparable qualification / experiences).
- Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes.
- Minimum three years professional business and technical experience within the SD area of the SAP S4 HANA/ECC system with an international background.
- Process knowledge in all relevant SD areas (sales, logistical processes etc.) as well as ability to understand operational workflows in the plants.
- Knowledge of the interfaces within the SAP architecture as well as to connected external systems.
- Very good English language skills.
- High analytical, communicative and organizational skills.
- Structured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementation.
- Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out and implementation projects worldwide, to travel and to regularly provide support to end-users.
- Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation.
