Our client (a leading FMCG company) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex ERP transformation projects from initiation to completion in Malaysia and Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects with similar scale. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

What you'll do:
As a Project Manager (ERP), you will be at the forefront of leading and managing complex ERP transformation projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks. You will build strong relationships both internally and externally while collaborating with business stakeholders to identify challenges & risks. Your ability to make necessary adjustments to the project will be crucial in ensuring its success.
- Lead and manage all aspects of an end-to-end ERP implementation project.
- Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project.
- Manage project timeline, budget, resources, and risks, following PMO & governance standards.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, and alliances with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report project status to stakeholders regularly.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges & risk, approach corresponding owners make necessary adjustments to the project.
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for this Project Manager (ERP) role, you bring a wealth of experience in ERP project management. With a minimum of 5 years in a similar role under your belt, you have solid experience in Dynamics F&O implementation. Your qualifications include a post / undergraduate degree in Information System, Management Information System, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as Agile, PMP or Six Sigma are highly preferred. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with ERP project management or related role.
- Solid experience in Dynamics F&O implementation.
- Post / undergraduate degree in Information System, Management Information System, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agile, PMP, Six Sigma or any related project management certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully driving and leading large-scale IT projects in a multinational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.
