This role presents an exciting opportunity to standardise and align operational master data. The successful candidate will be part of the Master Data team, creating new master data for entities worldwide, ensuring a high-quality master database and providing rapid support to operations.
What you'll do:
As a Master Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to create and manage new master data for our client's entities worldwide. You will ensure the quality of the master database while providing rapid support to operations. Your role will also involve participation in master data improvement projects, where you will use feedback, new insights, and data analyses to evolve the master data. This evolution aims to improve efficiency or align with new requirements. You will handle large amounts of data and information meticulously and effectively while liaising with entities across the globe.
- Creation of new master data including parts, maintenance plans, task lists, smart forms for entities worldwide
- Ensuring a high-quality master database and providing rapid support to operations
- Participation in master data improvement projects based on feedback, new insights, and data analyses
- Evolving the master data to improve efficiency or align with new requirements
- Liaising with entities across the globe
- Handling large amounts of data and information meticulously and effectively
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Master Data Analyst position brings a strong analytical background with a focus on Master Data and Data Management. Your structured approach allows you to handle large amounts of data and information effectively. You pay meticulous attention to detail and can work autonomously as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook) is required, while technical knowledge on spare parts is desirable. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be advantageous.
- Bachelor degree (Data science, Information Sciences or Engineering) or equivalent with strong analytical background and data minded
- Structured approach to handling large amounts of data and information
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment
- Good English and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Technical knowledge on spare parts is desirable
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
