Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Functional Lead to provide leadership and expertise to a complex ERP transformation project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics F&O functionality, business processes, and best practices. They will be responsible for system functional aspects of the project and ensuring the successful implementation.
What you'll do:
As an ERP Functional Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a complex ERP transformation project. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather requirements and analyse business processes. You will be tasked with designing solutions for business requirements that may involve complex configurations or technical components. Your role will also require you to perform system implementation activities related to Finance/Accounting/Procurement/Supply Chain areas. Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of system changes will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between internal users and external parties, facilitating various interactions.
- Involve in large scale ERP transformation projects
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants for requirements gathering
- Analyze and design solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
- Perform system implementation activities in relation to Finance/Accounting/Procurement/Supply Chain area
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of system changes
- Act as a liaison between internal users and external, facilitating interactions such as workshops, testing sessions, trainings, issue resolution
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this ERP Functional Lead position brings a wealth of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis or consultancy. With at least 4-5 years' experience under your belt, you are well-versed in Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and consultation. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a Business-related field would be advantageous. Your understanding of the functional landscape and evolving business processes within the beverage manufacturing industry sets you apart from others. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering Dynamics F&O implementation projects as a subject matter expert focused on process transformation. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in ERP implementation / business analysis / consultant or related role
- Solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O implementation / consultation is essential
- Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science / Business related desired
- Understanding of functional landscape and evolving business processes, preferably in beverage manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Dynamics F&O implementation project as a subject matter expert with a focus on processes transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
