Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable SAP SD/MM Senior Consultant to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in SAP SD/MM modules, providing key solutions for business requirements. You will be instrumental in the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
What you'll do:
As a SAP SD/MM Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and customising SAP modules to meet specific business needs. Your participation in implementation projects will be crucial for the successful deployment of solutions. You will provide ongoing support for these modules, collaborating with end-users to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions. Your responsibilities also include integrating these modules with other systems, conducting thorough testing to ensure quality, documenting processes for future reference, and conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Configure SAP SD/MM modules to meet business requirements
- Customise SAP functionalities as needed to enhance system capabilities
- Participate in SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment of solutions
- Provide ongoing support for SAP modules, including troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance
- Integrate SAP SD/MM modules with other SAP modules and third-party applications
- Conduct system testing to ensure quality and reliability of SAP solutions
- Document SAP configuration, processes and procedures for future reference
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on functionalities
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who holds a degree in IT or a related field. You have a solid understanding of the SAP MM and SD modules, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. With at least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting these modules, you are familiar with the underlying business processes related to procurement, inventory management, sales, and distribution. Experience within the retail industry would be advantageous. You are also experienced with either SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA.

- Solid understanding of the SAP MM and SD modules
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- 5 years of experience in SAP MM/SD module implementation and support
