Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Business Process Owner to join their team. This role is pivotal in implementing the Project business template across the organization, driving productivity and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's Key User team, executing roll-in activities, and acting as a change agent towards business management.

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Business Process Owner, you will play a crucial role in transforming our client's legacy units towards their global business model 'Project'. You will manage the project’s Key User team, execute roll-in activities, act as a quality gate, and serve as the change agent towards business management. Your responsibilities will include conducting as-is analysis, defining business and functional gaps for roll-ins and projects, communicating the Project mission and vision towards business units, gathering and documenting user requirements for template gaps, maintaining process documentation, applying Project methodology for roll-ins, managing project KPIs and stage gates to monitor roll-in progress and risks, ensuring day 1 business readiness and smooth go-live of roll-in units.

  • Manage Business Transformation in legacy units, acting as an enabler of change Conduct as-is analysis and define business and functional gaps for roll-ins and projects
  • Communicate the Project mission and vision towards business units Gather and document user (business) requirements for template gaps
  • Maintain process documentation and apply Project methodology for roll-ins Manage project KPIs and stage gates to monitor roll-in progress and risks
  • Ensure day 1 business readiness and smooth go-live of roll-in units Guide Roll-In Key Users and Stakeholders through implementation
  • Create transparency and outline/mitigate risks to business operations after go-live
  • Prepare business units for Project implementation by ensuring business and data readiness

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Business Process Owner role will bring a wealth of experience in Supply Chain Management. You will have ideally worked in multi-national teams and be comfortable working in a matrixed organization across borders, cultures, and time-zones. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will be key to your success in this role. You will have a good understanding of Master Data (Vendor & Material) and its effect on MRP results, as well as an understanding of MRP logic and the ability to resolve MRP exception errors. Familiarity with the procurement process of Direct Material, Indirect Material/Services & Capex is essential, as is a basic understanding of Material Introduction and Release Process (MIRP) for Intercompany & 3rd party material creation and changes.

  • Experience with Supply Chain Management is mandatory
  • Ideally experienced in working in multi-national teams Strong communication and collaboration skills (English fluent)
  • Ideally experienced in working in a matrixed organization across borders, cultures, and time-zones Good understanding of Master Data (Vendor & Material) and its effect on MRP results
  • Understanding of MRP logic and able to resolve MRP exception errors Familiar with procurement process of Direct Material, Indirect Material/Services & Capex
  • Basic understanding of Material Introduction and Release Process (MIRP) for Intercompany & 3rd party material creation and changes
  • Familiar with inbound goods receiving process in warehouse and stock movements within storage locations
  • Basic understanding of Quality Notification process and handling of quality issues with Hubs/Production Organizations
