About the ERP Consultant (Oracle Fusion) Role: As the ERP Consultant (Oracle Fusion), you will work closely with the finance department to manage and lead ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, build and enhance ERP module to meet business goals via process automation
Translate financial/business requirements, develop the requested reporting and Oracle Platform automation architectures, and bring to life the required report/ERP process enhancements
Assess the ERP/CoA data hierarchy and structure, gather reporting requirements and scoping of data content, report design
Gain understanding of the impact and importance of the underlying reports and become an expert in reporting use cases
Communicate effectively in a collaborative, complex and high-performing team environment - Liaise with internal digital delivery/IT teams as required
Manage ongoing control, check and maintenance of the built reports (alignment to CoA, data hierarchy changes and revised business rules, etc.)
Follow current software development practices and methodologies
Back up and support finance’s Oracle-EPM administration role
Support for any ad hoc/temporary reporting output
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience with supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion.
Key Requirements:
Ability to perform scripting and development of Oracle ERP modules is mandatory
Minimum of three years of experience in Oracle Fusion/OCI-Oracle Cloud Infrastructure/Oracle ERP/EPM financials and business report build
SQL server database development, including tables, stored procedures, and functions
Experience with PowerBI Report Server,PowerBI Cloud Service and OAC Oracle Analytics Cloud
Knowledge or understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Must be self-motivated and able to prioritise and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines
Proficiency in financial dashboard publishing, data modelling and scorecard design and development
Database Design. A commendable skill level in relational database is desirable
Excellent critical-thinking skills with the ability to retrieve data from multiple sources
Knowledge of data mining, clustering, and statistical modelling is highly desired
Good at teamwork, coupled with the ability to build rapport and cultivate working relationships
Strong analytical and communication skills
Design and automation of management reporting with Oracle ERP, Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Oracle-ERP/EPM, SmartView
Power BI
Proficient in Microsoft Office package (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
Meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent in written and verbal communication
