About the Application Specialist Role:
In this business critical IT role (based in Petaling Jaya), you will be responsible for L2 support and ABAP debugging for end users across APAC users within the company, focusing mainly on SAP SD/LE modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customise, configure and parametrise systems according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality
- Perform unit tests, technical deployment (transports), data migration, hand over to service desk, solutions-related system monitoring and second-level support
- Collaborate with solution architect for opportunities for technical improvements and Incident reporting and analysis
- Specialise in the area of order management
To succeed in this Application Specialist role, you must portray good understanding with SAP SD/LE and be able to read and debug ABAP.
Key Requirements:
- More than five years of experience in SAP professional developer/customising
- ITIL service management knowledge
- Proven know-how in configuration of the SAP modules SD/LE
- Solid experience in sales processes
- Reading and debugging of ABAP and ABAP/OO programmes
- Good understanding of integrative SAP processes and interfaces to the neighbour modules
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
