What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst Enterprise Resource Planning based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of intelligent ERP and MES solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting thorough requirement analyses for complex manufacturing systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive the product roadmap. You will lead teams of QA and BA professionals by mentoring them on best practices in software quality assurance. Working alongside senior leaders, you will define business objectives and design enterprise solutions that address operational challenges. Establishing robust QA frameworks will be central to your work as you implement automated testing strategies to elevate software reliability. You will continuously seek out process inefficiencies within both business operations and system workflows—recommending improvements that foster ongoing enhancement. Advanced test planning will be part of your remit as you oversee UAT for enterprise applications. Defect management will require collaborative problem-solving with developers and project managers to ensure product stability. Acting as a vital link between technical experts and business users, you will translate complex functionalities into clear language. Regulatory compliance will be maintained through diligent alignment with industry standards. • Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis for ERP, MES, and AI agent systems within complex manufacturing and enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Drive the product roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining transparency and strategic alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor teams of QA and BA professionals by fostering best practices in software quality assurance and business analysis.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business objectives, gather high-level requirements, and design robust enterprise solutions tailored to operational needs.
• Establish governance frameworks for quality assurance by defining testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions to enhance software reliability.
• Identify inefficiencies in business and system processes through process optimisation initiatives, recommending and implementing improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Develop advanced test plans including risk-based testing approaches while overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
• Drive defect management processes by tracking issues collaboratively with developers and project managers to ensure product stability and timely resolution.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users by translating complex system functionalities into accessible language for all stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by aligning all business processes and system implementations with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering business requirements, system design specifications, test plans, user manuals, ensuring accessibility for all relevant parties.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required for this position.
• At least five years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with two years spent in leadership capacity within ERP or MES environments is essential.
• Proven track record leading quality assurance teams as well as business analysis initiatives focused on enterprise systems implementation.
• Resourceful mindset characterised by adaptability; ability to proactively solve problems using limited resources within a startup context.
• Willingness to grow within a startup environment; embracing challenges while taking ownership of outcomes that contribute to scalable processes.
• Expertise in implementing enterprise systems particularly those supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; ability to drive Agile QA/BA practices within cross-functional teams is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities; adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
