What you'll do:

As Head of Global Enterprise Architecture, you will play a central role in shaping the future of technology for a global organisation. Your day-to-day activities will involve setting strategic direction for enterprise architecture across various business domains while driving alignment between technology investments and organisational goals. You will collaborate closely with leaders from different centres of excellence to understand their priorities and deliver architectural solutions that enable transformation at scale. By guiding system migrations, defining integration standards, and overseeing architectural governance frameworks, you will ensure that all platforms are secure, compliant, scalable, and optimised for performance. • Define and maintain an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with global business objectives across multiple centres of excellence.

• Drive governance frameworks that balance innovation with risk management and compliance requirements across diverse regulatory environments.
• Champion the value of enterprise architecture throughout the organisation by securing buy-in from business sponsors and stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders across marketing & sales, customer success, employee experience, finance, and data platforms to understand strategic priorities and guide transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate enterprise systems globally to ensure scalability, seamless integration, and platform synergies.
• Guide architectural reviews and provide expert advice on major technology investment decisions impacting the entire organisation.
• Design robust architectures that support operations in multiple countries while meeting high availability targets (99.9%+ SLA) and disaster recovery requirements.
• Lead complex migration initiatives from legacy platforms to modern enterprise solutions using best practice integration patterns and API strategies.
• Foster collaboration among distributed architecture teams by establishing communities of practice focused on consistency and knowledge sharing.

• Expertise in security architecture design aligned with compliance frameworks relevant to global operations.
