What you'll do:

As the Head of Enterprise Solutions (Telco), you will be at the forefront of shaping our client's Enterprise Innovation Platform. Your role will involve defining program objectives, developing an innovative strategy, identifying areas of opportunity, managing budgets, and overseeing capabilities required to catalyse innovation. You will also be responsible for setting the direction for market positioning, driving awareness, and ensuring that co-created innovation solutions are funneled into scalable solutions.

• Define program objectives, timeline, and success metrics for the Enterprise Innovation Platform
• Develop a clear innovation strategy including continuous evolution of the platform's definition
• Identify areas of innovation opportunities driven by emerging industry demands and trends
• Manage budget for the Enterprise Innovation Platform
• Develop framework for co-creating innovation with partners
• Oversee capabilities required to catalyse innovation
• Ensure funneling of co-created innovation solutions into scalable solutions and commercialization opportunities
• Set direction for market positioning of the platform
• Drive awareness and traction within Malaysia, and to global and regional organizations

With over 20 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships. Your ability to anticipate future trends allows you to develop long-term strategies that align with our client's vision. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, as is your ability to manage relationships effectively.

• Minimum Degree holder with more than 20 years’ related experience
• Experience in innovation management, strategic planning, business development, or technology leadership roles within the telco or tech sector
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships and ecosystems
• Ability to anticipate future trends, develop long-term strategies, and articulate a clear vision
• Exceptional ability to identify and nurture strategic relationships with external partners
• Negotiation and relationship management skills
• Deep understanding of telco, industry trends, business models, and regulatory landscape
