What you'll do:

As the Head of Change Management, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to identify changes impacting the organisation and initiate effective change management strategies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies that align with transformation objectives.   • Identify and proactively address changes impacting the organisation, initiating timely and effective change management strategies.

  • Conduct thorough analyses, including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness surveys, to anticipate challenges and devise actionable solutions.
  • Develop and implement detailed change management plans incorporating change networks, impact assessments, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of change strategies, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met effectively.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to secure support and buy-in, aligning initiatives with organisational policies.
  • Manage and execute communication plans using diverse channels such as newsletters, roadshows, and town halls.
  • Create impactful change narratives and materials to enhance engagement and understanding.
  • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through KPIs, including adoption rates, resistance levels, and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain and improve Change Management Playbooks, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational needs.
