What you'll do:
As a Project Manager in Tech Transformation, your role will be pivotal in driving strategic planning and oversight. You will ensure that all transformation initiatives are aligned with the organisation's vision, identifying key issues and dependencies early on. Your excellent collaboration skills will be utilised as you work closely with Transformation Leads, and other Project Managers to track project progress. Your ability to develop and implement change management strategies will be crucial in ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems. Furthermore, your commitment to continuous improvement will play a key role in promoting a culture of process optimisation and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with the organisation's strategic vision
- Take ownership of the Technology Transformation Project
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with Transformation Lead, Workstream and Project Managers to track project progress
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager - Tech Transformation role will bring a wealth of experience in program management, preferably within a transformation management environment. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Your proficiency in data analysis and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, your excellent interpersonal and communication abilities will enable you to engage confidently with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
