What you'll do:
As an RPA Developer (UiPath), your primary responsibility will be delivering automation and digitalization of IT and Business Processes within the organization. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process optimization and leveraging Robotics Process Automation (RPA) / Artificial Intelligence technologies. Your role will also involve system administration & support, vendor management, and project management. - Work closely with stakeholders in user requirement analysis and identify solutions for automating or digitalizing existing processes.
- Identify automation opportunities in existing IT and business operations.
- Design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows.
- Ensure that solutions comply with security and governance policies.
- Serve in different capacities as business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned.
- React on support requests from users within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Manage suppliers/Vendors by defining clear guidelines & objectives.
- Play the role of Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this RPA Developer (UiPath) role will bring a strong technical skill set, including excellent analytical abilities, a deep understanding of user requirements translation into solutions, and experience in IT Support. You'll have strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath and basic proficiency in languages such as VB Script and SQL. Experience with AI tools is a plus. Relevant certifications in RPA are required. A minimum of 2 years working experience is essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in end-to-end automation project implementation is key.
- Strong knowledge in translating user’s requirements into potential solutions.
- Experience in IT Support such as managing customers’ issues, troubleshooting problems, and executing solutions.
- Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath.
- Basic proficiency in languages such as VB Script and SQL.
- Experience with working on AI tools such as implementation of LLMs, image processing models is an added advantage.
- Relevant RPA certifications (i.e. UiPath Advanced Developer, UiPath Orchestrator).
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
