About the Enterprise Architect Role:
As the Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for performing the leadership, influence, facilitation, analysis, design and solution tasks required for the development of enterprise architecture covering solutions for business problems based on enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of architectural policies, principles, guidelines, strategies and best practices by participating in management meetings along with varied direct contributions
• Manage all architecture standards across all domains of the enterprise architecture – digital, integration, application, data, infrastructure, and security
• Maintain libraries of standard technologies and standard products, and managing the life cycle of standards
• Execute the architecture governance of group and local business unit
• Operationalise and executing technology standard governance across BUs
• Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state of technology, application and data across the enterprise, typically in sync with the IT budgeting or other capital planning processes
• Lead the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise as well as on the technology

To succeed in this Enterprise Architect role, you must be able to oversee and consult on technology implementation and modification activities particularly for new enterprise solutions.

Key Requirements:

• At least 12 years of architecture experience in complex international environments in insurance or financial services sector
• Experience in working internationally spanning geographies in Asia
• Understanding of the complexities and challenges of the organisation, integrated processes, information and technologies in order to develop future-state models to best realise organisational strategies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholders
• TOGAF certification preferred
• Experience managing senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
