About this Head of Transformation Role:
The Head of Transformation is responsible for identifying an area of opportunity within a company and implementing processes to change its performance for the better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on time, on budget with the expected level of project for the scope of integration and transformation
- Make the integration a success on time, on budget and in limiting the impacts to customers
- Be in touch with all department in Transformation and mainly also product, distribution, and finance
- Be also in touch with the regional office and the international team
- Define and evaluate the opportunities to implement process improvements at enterprise level
To succeed in this Head of Transformation role, you are required to possess experience in leading a transformation team within the financial services industry.
Key Requirement:
- 10 years’ experience minimum with preferred knowledge of financial/insurance industry
- Experience in transformation for large company and process improvement
- Experience in dealing with complex environment MNC
- Experience in integration and merger and in large change management projects
- Project Management and Delivery (certified PMP), Financial Acumen and budget control, excellent communication, process improvement, automation, broad knowledge of other department such as distribution, finance, and products
- Agile certified
