About the Head of Enterprise Architecture Role:
In this business critical role, you will be required to grow the company through the use of technological resources. You will also be expected to manage all employees to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan by using an active and practical approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, architect, and execute the organisational transformation and technology direction required to fulfil the company’s business and technology strategies
• Drive the development, implementation and adherence to a technology transformation blueprint and roadmap
• Provide high-level leadership to projects that improve the functionality, reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s infrastructure, connectivity, emerging technologies and systems
• Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation

To succeed in this Head of Enterprise Architecture job, you must have the ability to conceptualise technology vision, enabling innovation and understanding IT and connectivity trends that can create business value and drive growth.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in the information technology arena, at least eight years' management and strategic experience in this field
• Experience in cloud computing, IOT, big data and analytics or other emerging technologies
• Experience within telecommunications industry is a must
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration with different people, teams, inside/outside of organisation
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing skills necessary to convey roadmap and strategies to the senior leadership team, CxO or board level
