What you'll do:

As Head of Digital Product based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s approach to digital transformation.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and trends relevant to asset management, driving innovation across all digital platforms.
• Oversee the architecture, functionality, and evolution of internal systems while defining business logic to ensure seamless integration with operational workflows and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with development teams, operations, and business units to ensure systems are scalable, secure, future-ready, and optimised for efficiency.
• Manage the full product life cycle of internal systems and digital solutions from ideation through design, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement.

To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in wealth management and/or financial services industry.

What you bring:

• At least 10 years’ experience in innovation leadership, systems management or digital transformation within financial services is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Passion for fostering innovation, driving digital transformation initiatives, and achieving operational excellence across multiple functions.
• Proficiency in project planning including budgeting oversight; proven track record managing resources effectively within dynamic environments.
• Excellent presentation skills combined with a highly cooperative approach to team collaboration are essential for stakeholder engagement.
