About the Lead Product Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of a digital product, ensuring customer need, argument, strategic alignment, feature reuse and innovation are led throughout the product life cycle. Taking ownership for the global delivery, this role will lead country or domain teams to drive scale and new market entry of new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and prioritise product features at the strategic runway level, craft product strategy and vision while ensuring effective cost and revenue management
• Knows how to bring customer problem discovery and user experience into the behaviours of the team and apply them efficiently
• Partner with other product managers and business stakeholders to forge a compelling product portfolio or vision grounded in customer empathy, market analysis, regulatory boundaries, and business objectives to drive value
• Daily collaboration with DevOps squads to design and operate digital applications, embedding the customer voice within the product team's actions, maintaining an up-to-date delivery roadmap with a strong emphasis on business value
• Contribute to the creation of product vision and roadmaps using an agile delivery approach in collaboration with the tech team, while also managing cybersecurity, operational, and regulatory risks

To succeed in this Lead Product Manager role, you will need to have strong experience in shaping product roadmap to bring the vision to life by collaborating with cross-functional team of engineers, designers, business partners, data professionals and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable track record of discovering customer needs and translating them into inspirational, innovative solutions and detailed product requirements
• Solid understanding of Software Development and Software Operations along with the concept of DevOps
• Solid understanding and experience of Service Design including commercial and business development considerations
• Experience in collaborating with teams in using relevant agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, ensuring quality and software operability are included into all aspects of the delivery life cycle from the very beginning
• Strong experience in data modelling and data analytics. Ability to extract and analyse data using SQL and spreadsheets
• Ability to represent business goals and set strategic direction
• Strong business-focused problem-solving skills.
