About the Payments Product Lead Role:
This role defines the product vision and converts into the product strategy, roadmap, and business plan to build value-adding experiences and features for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and understand customer requirements (both consumer and businesses), competitive offerings in the fintech space, and formulate ways to improve the current position and value proposition of the company
• Use data, your experience, and product instincts to identify the best areas to focus
• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of a new product feature
• Draft product requirements and functionality as well as design product roadmap
• Define data driven performance metrics for monitoring of key platform to ensure continuous improvement of platform reliability, availability, and manageability
• Present the product vision and roadmap to customers, prospects, employees, and stakeholders
• Develop a multi country organisation, and be the key driver of planning, strategy, and product innovation
• Collaborate with engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog and execute on delivering delightful and impactful experiences for customers
• Define and communicate product requirements and specifications to all stakeholders on a regular basis
• Work with marketing, operations, and sales on innovative and well-defined go-to-market plans
• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of the product
• Lead the team to deliver the product roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down roadmap into executable stories and requirements

To succeed in this role, you are required to have payments product experience at least five years of work experience. Someone whom is enterpreneurial is encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements:

• Eight years of experience in senior product management with demonstrated success in launching new products/features with clear impact; ideally in a mobile based or fintech environment (payments related experience preferred, loyalty rewards experience is also relevant)
• Experience working directly with cross-functional leadership and executive teams to collaboratively drive product vision and direction
• Strong communication skills and high levels of empathy; capable to build a strong connection with internal cross-function teams as well as potential and existing customers
• Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business acumen
• Passion for building delightful and impactful product experiences for businesses and end users
• An entrepreneurial attitude of ownership of the project with the ability to make decisions amidst ambiguity, achieving consensus amongst stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and respect from clients and partners as well as organisational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and deliver results
• English proficiency is required, with Malaysia Bahasa, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills preferred, due to the nature of the role
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised, hands-on and a self-starter
