Pre-sales Consultant

About the Pre-sales Consultant Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing sales support when presenting proposal or qualification discussions to clients. You will also be qualifying inbound/outbound opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Product Managers to qualify opportunities and provide technical support
• Approach new prospects together with the sales/channel team to discover their key requirements/business needs. Document findings in detail
• Provide technical support and deliver solid product solution to customers and business partners
• Be up to date with the latest changes/new products produced by principals and vendors
• Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses. Recommend and influence market content

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-sales/consultancy role
• Working knowledge of infastructure solution, e.g., HPE DL, ML, BL servers series, HPE MSA series, HPE 3PAR, Primera, HPE Simplivity, HPE StoreOnce is an advantage
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese
• Good time management. Able to learn several products across a wide range of enterprise and data centre infrastructure technology
• Strong presentation skills, able to multitask and handle high volume of requests. Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management and attentive/observant to client needs/wants
