L3 Solution Consultant (JPN/KR Speaker)

To excel as a Solution Consultant in this environment you will bring extensive experience gained from working within large-scale telecom or IT organisations where you have been responsible for designing complex architectures that span multiple domains.You should have skills & experience as follows :
Utilise your fluency in Japanese or Korean to support senior consultants and solutions architects in shaping comprehensive network designs that align with customer business needs and operational realities.
Strengthen the team by bringing hands-on expertise as an L3 engineer throughout the project implementation lifecycle, including solution design, deployment, migration, and post-implementation support.
Contribute actively to life-cycle management initiatives and technology road-map planning by introducing innovative network solutions or multi-vendor strategies that improve performance, security, or cost efficiency.
Assess feasibility studies, technical requirements, and operational risks for new services or proposed changes while providing practical recommendations to both customers and internal teams.
Take ownership of creating and updating essential design documents such as High Level Designs (HLD), Low Level Designs (LLD), and Site Migration Plans; support senior colleagues during customer workshops and presentations.
Deliver consulting services focused on routing, switching, SD-WAN, and security within Japanese or Korean-centric contexts while comparing vendor offerings like Cisco and Juniper based on client environments.
Support all aspects of implementation and migration activities including configuration review, testing procedures, troubleshooting issues, commissioning systems, and collaborating closely with delivery and operations teams.
Monitor deployment progress by identifying issues early on; coordinate fixes with internal product or engineering teams; maintain clear communication with customers to manage expectations effectively.
Engage in regular knowledge sharing sessions with junior engineers; provide mentorship when required to foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Experience required as follows :
Approximately 5 to 10 years of proven experience in network engineering or consulting roles within customer-facing environments such as service providers, telecommunications companies, or large enterprises.
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency across routing (OSPF/BGP/IBGP/EBGP) and switching technologies along with WAN/SD-WAN deployments.
Solid background in network security including firewalls, VPNs, segmentation strategies; familiarity with data centre or campus networks is considered advantageous.
Relevant certifications such as CNCP, JNCIP, HCIP (Datacom/Routing & Switching/Security) coupled with practical experience designing or supporting multi-vendor network solutions.
Experience working within multi-vendor ecosystems—particularly products from Cisco, Juniper—and ability to articulate comparative advantages based on client requirements.
Comfortable engaging in both high-level strategic discussions (options analysis/trade-offs/road-maps) as well as low-level technical reviews (configuration/design/troubleshooting).
Exceptional organisational skills enabling effective task prioritisation while meeting deadlines within a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication abilities complemented by strong interpersonal skills for building trust with diverse stakeholders across different countries/cultures.
A collaborative approach combined with willingness to mentor junior engineers; commitment to knowledge sharing within the team context.
A degree in engineering or IT-related discipline—or equivalent professional experience—with additional vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco/Juniper) being highly desirable; exposure to architecture frameworks like TOGAF is beneficial but not mandatory.
