Senior IT Auditor (SAP & Data-Focused)

This role is built for an IT auditor who is comfortable navigating SAP applications, connecting process, access, and data, and translating findings into insights leadership can act on.

What Your Work Will Look Like

• Lead and deliver IT and business process audits across regional and global operations

• Deep-dive into SAP environments, focusing on:

  • Access management and segregation of duties

  • Configuration controls across key business processes

  • Data-driven process and control insights

• Work closely with operational auditors and data specialists to shape audit scope and analytics

• Identify control gaps, assess impact, and clearly articulate risks and recommendations

• Drive audits from planning through reporting and follow-up

• Lead your first audit within 6 months, with increasing ownership thereafter

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the audit function

Who This Role Is Built For

You’re likely someone who:

• Has 4+ years of IT audit experience (public accounting or in-house)

• Has worked in a regional or multinational environment

• Is confident auditing SAP applications, including access, configurations, and core business processes

• Understands risk-based auditing and recognised audit standards

• Has experience—or strong interest—in using data analytics to enhance audit outcomes

• Holds a professional certification (e.g. CIA) or is actively pursuing one

• Clear, concise audit writing and presentation skills

• Confidence engaging stakeholders across functions and geographies

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a global team

• Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and internationally

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
