Governance Risk & Compliance Lead (GRC Lead)

What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain comprehensive digital risk management processes, orchestration frameworks, and advanced tooling to support informed decision making across the business.
• Develop clear digital security policies and procedures with actionable requirements that align with organisational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Contribute actively to security and operational risk governance forums such as Digital Safety & Operational Risk Committee to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
• Support the Technology function in identifying, assessing, and managing risks to minimise the likelihood and impact of disruptive events within the organisation.
• Highlight opportunities for continuous improvement by leveraging AI and automation to optimise risk management processes, technology platforms, and measurement systems.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of internal developments as well as external trends in risk management to inform service evolution and strategic planning.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Governance, Risk & Compliance specialists by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, career progression, and shared success.
• Champion open communication within your team by creating an environment where people listen respectfully and speak openly about challenges or ideas.
