As a Solution Architect based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of enterprise technology landscapes for leading clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities are as follows :

• Maintain overall architecture ownership and governance for all solutions deployed within specific customer environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee life-cycle management activities including technology road-map planning with a strong emphasis on driving solution innovation tailored to evolving customer needs.
• Assess feasibility of new technologies and services by identifying technical, delivery, and operational risks while providing clear recommendations for implementation.
• Provide governance and quality assurance across all technical service deliveries, ensuring best practices are consistently applied to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Lead consulting engagements as required, developing comprehensive High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), site migration plans, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders for successful project execution.
• Contribute actively to knowledge management initiatives by establishing structures that promote organisational learning, replication of successes, and avoidance of repeated mistakes.
• Offer advanced technical support to customers by translating their requirements into robust solutions based on the company’s products and services portfolio.
• Take responsibility for low-level technical design quality from concept through implementation; when necessary, manage design, configuration, testing, and commissioning of solutions.
• Stay current with industry advancements relevant to networking, security, infrastructure, and cloud technologies to ensure proposed designs remain commercially viable and technically sound.
• Participate in tender processes by developing proposals aligned with customer needs; present technical solutions formally or informally as required while supporting the development of customer SLAs.
