What you'll do:

As a Digital Security Manager, your role will be crucial in shaping the cybersecurity landscape of the organisation. You will be tasked with implementing a robust cybersecurity framework that aligns with industry standards and best practices. Your expertise will guide the management of cybersecurity operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a key role in maintaining IT-related corporate policies and SOPs, ensuring proper governance and compliance at all times. Your ability to develop soft skills and technical competencies within your team will be vital for sustainable capabilities and continuous improvement.

• Implement cybersecurity framework in accordance with industry standards and best practices
• Manage and direct cybersecurity operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor industry standard best practices such as NIST, conducting gap analysis on current governance
• Maintain and enforce IT-related corporate policies and SOPs for proper governance and compliance
• Liaise with other departments such as risk management, quality management, administration, SHE and external parties to carry out relevant governance and security activities
• Develop soft skills and technical competencies required for team members
• Manage periodic security activities such as awareness & training program and vulnerability management
• Provide consultancy or advisory services to other business units pertaining to IT governance, policy, standards, SOPs and security considerations when required

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Digital Security Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing cyber risks and governance across IT, OT, and IoT infrastructures. A bachelor's degree in IT or related fields coupled with a minimum of seven years' experience in a similar role is required. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM, along with knowledge of industry standards and frameworks like NIST, CoBIT, ISO/IEC, 27k, and ITIL will be highly advantageous. Proficiency in various security tools, systems, and technologies is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.

• Proven track record in managing cyber risks and governance for IT, OT, and IoT infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in IT, ICT, MIS, Computer Engineering or related fields with a minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification is an added advantage along with knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, CoBIT, ISO/IEC, 27k, and ITIL
• Proficiency in various security tools, systems, and technologies
• Experience in security operations and/or IT/OT/IoT infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
