What you'll do:
As a Senior Information Security Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our IT security operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our PAM system while providing necessary access to services. You will also be tasked with monitoring and following up on IT security incidents, identifying their root causes and implementing effective solutions. Your involvement in IT security projects will be crucial in supporting design efforts and optimising solutions based on specific requirements. Furthermore, your expertise will be relied upon for conducting vulnerability and penetration tests as well as investigating IT security incidents.

- Provide access to services on a need-to-have basis.
- Monitor and follow up on IT security incidents, identifying root causes.
- Participate in IT security area projects, supporting IT security design, and optimising solutions based on IT security requirements.
- Provide stable IT security day-to-day operations together with the team.
- Perform vulnerability tests, penetration tests, and investigate IT security incidents, including digital forensics.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Information Security Specialist role will bring a wealth of IT security experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the field and 10 years of technical knowledge. You will have proven experience with CyberArk (PAM) and be a skilled Python programmer. Your familiarity with ISO 27xxx, NIST Cybersecurity framework, CIS 18 or similar will be highly beneficial. Experience with QRadar (SIEM) and Microsoft Defender E5 platform would be an advantage. Your ability to perform vulnerability tests, penetration tests, and investigate IT security incidents, including digital forensics, will be crucial. A relevant degree in engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is required, along with certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ESL or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT security and 10 years of technical knowledge.
- At least 5 years of experience with CyberArk (PAM).

- Technical insight into OT or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) is an advantage.
- Relevant degree in engineering, computer engineering, or computer science, and/or certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ESL, or similar.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and interact with the whole organization.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to deliver on time.
- Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15 days per calendar year.
