What you'll do:
As a Cybersecurity & Compliance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the cybersecurity landscape within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and enforcing robust cybersecurity policies, conducting regular risk assessments, responding to security threats, managing user access privileges, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, leading incident response efforts, managing vendor relationships, and reporting on the organization's cybersecurity posture. Your expertise will be crucial in protecting the organisation from potential threats and ensuring a secure digital environment.
- Develop, implement, maintain and enforce robust cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
- Monitor alerts raised by SOC team and respond to security threats.
- Manage user access privileges and implement strong authentication mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Lead security incident response and recovery efforts.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
- Provide reports on the organization's cybersecurity posture.
