About the Head of IAM Role:
You will lead and be responsible for the technical delivery of work related to Enterprise Identity and Access Management tool (EIAM) across the group. This includes application integration into EIAM, tools enhancement, tools version upgrades and onboarding of new endpoint services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the entire IAM universe, from joiner, through provisioning, re-certification, dormancy and leavers
• Be a strong team and people manager of over 100, including eight senior manager direct reports
• Monitor and review the team’s performance regularly against measured SLA and operational KPI
• Understand IAM policies and standards and advise senior leaders on why controls exist and how to meet them
• Present and describe IAM controls to internal and external auditors and regulators as required
• Work in sync with IAM transformation head to provide strategic requirements for development
• Interact with delivery partners and/or vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Ensure daily operations and system workflows follow global standards and security policies
• Drive initiatives for continuous service improvement to improve service quality, efficiency and compliance
• Be the point of escalation for business units and other stakeholders. Act as an advocate to ensure issues are addressed to satisfaction
• Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with team members and stakeholders

The successful Head of IAM is a high-potential and motivated individual who goes the extra mile to make a difference in the financial service line, ensuring that risks affecting the business is adequately covered.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years’ experience working in identity and access management, preferably in the financial services industry (FSI)
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in managing IAM operations with multi-level people management responsibilities
• Experience with preparing operational process documents and broad knowledge of infrastructure operational flow
• Solid understanding of at least one IAM product
• Good understanding of IAM principles
• Sound knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud concepts
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interface with and influence at all levels (management, executive, technical staff and end users)
• Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
