About the Senior Manager, IT Audit (Network) Role:
Reporting directly to the HoD of IT Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit plan (telco technology – network and fintech). You will ensure review activities align with the Internal Audit's Charter objectives and adhere to professional standards set by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the IT/Technical Internal Audit Plan, focusing on telco technology, networks, and fintech. Maintain the completeness of the audit scope and identify emerging risks
• Manage the approved IT/Technical Internal Audit Plan, ensuring it stays within budget and timeline. Prepare clear draft/final reports and recommend solutions to address control deficiencies
• Supervise concurrent studies, investigations, and ad hoc projects as directed. Manage resources for ad hoc audits while adhering to the annual audit plan
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to audit staff and perform quality control reviews. Conduct follow-up reviews with audit clients to ensure timely implementation of remedial measures
• Promote the use of data analytics within internal audit and support data strategy. Maintain professional conduct and build respectful relationships with stakeholders
• Assist in reviewing policies, providing internal control consultation, and suggesting process improvements. Uphold ethical standards, comply with IA policies, and stay updated with audit guidelines
• Pursue continuous self-development and certification in internal audit or related specialities

To succeed in this Senior Manager, IT Audit (Network) role, you must have 10 or more years of IT audit experience, with experience in a managerial role. You must have prior experience in IT project management, IT security, cloud auditing, IT risk management, and network operations.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in IT, computer science, electronics and telecommunication engineering, data science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related fields is required. Professional certification like CISA is mandatory
• 10 or more years of IT audit experience, with experience in a managerial role. Candidates require experience in IT project management, IT security, cloud auditing, IT risk management, and network operations
• Strong understanding of IT internal audit standards, risk management practices, COSO, COBIT, and system development life cycle methodologies
• Proficient in evaluating and improving controls, especially in application systems, web applications, data centres, networks, security, and internet/e-commerce
• Familiarity with AWS, API, Ariba, payment networks, ERP, SAP, and Windows or UNIX platforms is advantageous. Experience in data analytics is a plus
• Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and telco industry best practices is essential. Familiarity with analytical tools like ACL, IDEA, PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL is beneficial
